We employ people who are flexible, motivated, responsible and have a positive outlook. You must be able to work well as part of a team, as well as being capable of using your own initiative. Experience is not essential – attitude is far more important. 

The people we support are all actively engaged in their local communities and enjoy a variety of hobbies and activities, according to their own interests. We support people to attend church, to go swimming and trampolining, to attend Royal Ascot, not to mention accompanying them to an array of music concerts, from Olly Murs to Daniel O’Donnell, Michael Buble to Whitesnake; the list really is endless… 

The Care Quality Commision carried out its inspection under Section 60 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (the Act) as part of their regulatory functions. They checked whether we were meeting the legal requirements and regulations associated with the Act.
