What We D

We offer support services to young people (aged 16+) and adults with disabilities, living in their own homes. Our packages of support are tailored to the individual and range from round the clock care to visits for a few hours per day or even per week, providing timely and appropriate assistance to enable people to maximise their independence.

Our dedicated team of well-trained staff are committed to person-centred practices and can offer support with all aspects of daily living, including:

  • Personal care
  • Administration of medication
  • Cooking and domestic tasks
  • Maintaining tenancy agreements
  • Leisure activities and community involvement
  • Financial management and budgeting

The people we support are all actively engaged in their local communities and enjoy a variety of hobbies and activities, according to their own interests. We support people to attend church, to go swimming and trampolining, to attend Royal Ascot, not to mention accompanying them to an array of music concerts, from Olly Murs to Daniel O’Donnell, Michael Buble to Whitesnake; the list really is endless…

Wherever possible we will do our best to match the people we support and staff with similar interests. We believe that shared passions and common interests make for meaningful relationships and the very best support.

Many of the people we support also enjoy holidays and our staff will willingly support people to enjoy a break both in the UK and abroad.

We also organise a variety of social events throughout the year, giving staff, the people we support and their families an opportunity to spend time together in a relaxed, informal setting. We want everyone to achieve their full potential and to enjoy life!
