ATF Bespoke Support is a small company supporting young people (aged 16+) and adults with a variety of disabilities. They are supported in a person-centred way, to live fulfilling lives, as independently as possible. All this in accordance with their own wishes and preferences.  

The company is owned and directed by Fiona Barker.  Fiona has over 15 years’ experience in the care sector and a passion for delivering truly personalised services to meet individual need. She takes the time to get to know all clients and their families personally, so that she can truly understand them.  This allows Fiona to ensure delivery of the best outcomes for everyone concerned, and enabling individuals to achieve their full potential. Many of the staff team have worked alongside Fiona for a considerable length of time. All are caring and committed and in return, they are given unrivalled support and range of excellent benefits. 

We very much appreciate that people are the very heart of our business; both clients and staff alike.  ATF bespoke support take a genuine interest in all. At ATF Bespoke Support Ltd, we pride ourselves on being small enough to care, yet able to cope. 

We are based in the Rossendale valley but will consider working throughout Lancashire and the surrounding areas, to support people in their local community.
