Working within the care sector can be both exceedingly rewarding and, at times, challenging.

Our support workers are vital members of the team. They provide a 24 hour per day service, 7 days per week to the people we support. Our clients will have a variety of differing needs. You will deliver person-centred support, which promotes the independence, choice and preferences of individuals.

We employ people who are flexible, motivated, responsible and have a positive outlook. You must be able to work well as part of a team, as well as being capable of using your own initiative. Experience is not essential – attitude is far more important.

Training and Support

We offer excellent training and support, and are committed to supporting the continuous development of all our staff. Our staff also benefit from excellent employment terms and conditions including:

  • As a ‘Living Wage’ employer, we commit to paying all our staff a real living wage
  • A pension scheme for eligible employees
  • Flexible shift patterns – based upon individual circumstances – we actively promote a healthy work-life balance
  • Competitive mileage allowance payable for use of your own vehicle in the course of your work duties

We aim to build consistent and committed teams of staff, ensuring the best possible service for the people we support, but vacancies do arise from time to time.

We are currently seeking:

There will also be a period of supernumerary shadowing of experienced staff members, allowing for modelling of best practice.
